Most orders will be sent through DHL within Europe or Worldwide. For Dutch customers there are some extra options available.

Shipping prices vary on weight and destination. For Europe most is covered - although not every country (mostly outside EU) is listed.  

If you're planning to order from outside the listed European countries contact me and I'll arrange a fair priced shipping to your country. For a humble but skillful RubberNurse it's nearly impossible to work out all S&H-prices for any worldwide destination :).
